MISSION & EXPERTISE

About DPPtex

We are an independent consortium of supply chain analysts, circular economy engineers, and digital standards developers dedicated to guiding global industries through the EU Digital Product Passport (DPP) transition.

Our Mission

Under the European Green Deal, the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) is introducing the most sweeping regulatory changes to global trade in a generation. By 2027, hundreds of millions of textile, electronic, and industrial products entering the European Union must carry a cryptographically verified, machine-readable digital twin—the Digital Product Passport.

DPPtex was founded in 2025 to bridge the gap between complex legislative directives and actual factory-floor execution. We translate high-level regulations (like the ESPR, the revised Construction Products Regulation, and the EU Deforestation Regulation) into actionable technical guidelines, open data schemas, and interactive tools for B2B executives and developers.

Our Methodology & E-E-A-T

To secure absolute trustworthiness and academic rigor (aligned with Google’s E-E-A-T guidelines), we maintain a strict content production framework:

  • Regulatory Grounding: Every analysis is directly cited back to official European Union legislative texts (EUR-Lex), draft CEN/CENELEC Joint Technical Committee 24 standards, or official UNECE and W3C specifications.
  • Peer Review: Our articles are written by industry veterans and verified by practicing supply chain auditors and circular economy researchers.
  • Zero Placeholders: We do not publish generic summaries. We provide actual valid JSON-LD schemas, technical hardware comparisons (NFC vs. RFID vs. QR), and real-world supply chain data.
